Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

Nancy Wilson, a jazz musician and a three-time Grammy Award winner was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on 20 February 1937 to Olden Wilson, an ironworker. was employed for a lengthy time as housekeeper. Nancy was the youngest among six children. Nancy was a child who listened to the records of her father and his passion for music. By the age of four, Nancy knew that she wanted to be an accomplished musician. She discovered her talent for music through participating in choirs of the church. After winning a talent competition on television around the age of 15, she started appearing regularly in Skyline Melodies, while still in highschool. When she was 15years old, Nancy started her professional career at nightclubs. Nancy was 17 when she finished high school. After matriculating at Ohio Central State College - which is now Central State University - for one term, Nancy quit to become a professional performer. In 1956 she made her debut album in Rusty's Carolyn Club Big Band. They toured together between 1956 and 1958. Nancy began recording for Dot Records in 1956, when she was part of the band. Cannonball Adderley advised her to move to New York to further her professional career. She moved there to The Big Town in 1959. She was hired to sing at The Blue Morocco Night Club in The Bronx which was where her agent had seen her. Her debut on the recording stage came in 1960 by releasing one single following a deal with Capitol Records. Guess Who I Saw today Capitol published five Nancy Wilson records in just two years. After Adderley's influences the singer-songwriter shifted her focus away from R&B towards jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in 1962 helped to bring her to the forefront and her smash hit Tell Me the Truth was made available in the year 1963. In the year following it led to her being booked at New York's Coconut Grove - the top nightclub in America.

Maisie Richardson-Sellers is a British television and film actress. She played the role of Chloe's lead in the Netflix film The Kissing Booth. in the ABC Biblical Series Of Kings and Prophets in which she was the King's daughter Michal.
