Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson
Nancy Wilson was born 20th February 1937 in Chillicothe, Ohio to Olden Wilson, an iron worker, and Lillian Ryan (a former housemaid). Nancy Wilson was the first baby of six. Nancy grew up listening to records from her father as well as his love for music. At the age of four, Nancy knew that her future was as a performer. The talent she had developed was discovered by singing with the choir of her church. After high school when she started appearing regularly on Skyline Melodies. She was fifteen when she won the television talent show. When she was fifteen, she began her journey in night clubs. Nancy was just 17 when she finished high school. After enrolling at Ohio Central State College - today Central State University - for only one semester Nancy left to be an experienced performer. In 1956 she released her debut album along with Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band. They performed together between 1956 and 1958. Nancy recorded her first record in the band's studio with Dot Records while in the group. Cannonball Aderley suggested that she relocate in New York so as to enhance her career. In 1959 Nancy made the move into The Big Town. Her agent heard her speak at The Blue Morocco Night Club, Boston Road, The Bronx and she signed. Within one month after arriving to New York, she was in the city. The agent he was working with signed her up to Capitol in the year 1960. She made her debut that year. Guess who saw today. Capitol published five Nancy Wilson records in just two years. Adderley encouraged her to shift away from R&B in favor of music that was more jazz-based and torch songs. The 1962 group collaboration of Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley was instrumental in propelling her to fame and she had her breakout song Tell Me the Truth in 1963. She was offered a job at New York's Coconut Grove nightclub, America's top club.
Maisie Richardson Sellers is an actress working in television and film. Her most well-known role was her character Chloe Winthrop on Netflix's The Kissing Booth. in the ABC Biblical Series Of Kings and Prophets in which she was King Saul's daughter Michal. Joy Richardson's mom is Maisie Richardson-Sellers. She graduated from Oxford University following her studies at an institution that is private. The degree she earned was of Archaeology and Anthropology. Maisie's acting career got underway in the acting world with the 2012 short Our First World. In 2013, she portrayed Ellie in a film called Americano and Rum. In the year 2015, she appeared as in the role of Korr Sella in the film Short Wars: Force Awakening. She then appeared in the Netflix Original Film The Kissing Booth Season 2 as Chloe Winthrop.
