Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder (born Winona Laura Hornowitz) was born in Winona Minnesota. The parents named her Winona for her hometown. Michel Horowitz is her father and Cynthia Palmer is her mother. Ryder's dad came from a Jewish family. Ryder considers her self Jewish. Uria is Ryder's younger brother. Jubal, Sunyata and Sunyata are Ryder's half-siblings. Ryder and her family relocated to California's Mendocino County in the year 2000, when Ryder was only seven years old. They resided in an area without electric power. Television books was her only source of entertainment to spend the time and she was a voracious reader. Ryder began taking acting classes at the age of Ryder was 12, in the American Conservatory Theatre. She landed her debut role on the big screen in 1986 at the age of 15 old. Ryder was bullied in high school. Her hope was that the acting profession would change that. However, that didn't happen. Still, she kept chasing her goals. Ryder made her breakthrough in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in the year 1988. Ryder was a star in various films. There were two Academy Awards were nominated, one for The Age of Innocence (1996).
